York: Living with History

Follow this link to keep up-to-date with the inquiry into how history and heritage affects the lives of people in York. How are decisions made? How should they be made? How much is York a living city for its citizens? How much local history is taught in local schools? These questions, and many more, are all being explored. There are many events being planned, including the intriguing ‘guerrilla plaques day’ on 10th May. The organisers particularly want to hear from young people. Get involved and informed!
